Community structures have been established in Mayo to give all of the community and voluntary groups in the County the opportunity to participate in all meetings as they are arranged at Electoral Area.
Any community groups who have yet to join this process can do so by going to the registration page, printing the registration Form and sending it to the address given.
The diagram to the right gives an idea of how people are involved with MCDB. All groups involved make a vital contribution to the consultation process.
The process is open to ALL community groups ranging from cultural organisations such as arts, sports, heritage, local history, and environment, to social groups dealing with the elderly, anti-poverty, disadvantaged groups, youth, travellers, women, men etc., and economic and general community development organisations such as IRD's, community development groups, community councils etc.
